Here are the most frequently asked questions about Nutsacks (that we can publish).
What makes Nutsacks so amazing?
It’s pretty simple: Our nuts are ultra-fresh, perfectly roasted and flavored with just the right amount of salt and seasoning. You’ll be blown away with every mouthful. Guaranteed.
What’s the shelf life?
Every Nutsack has an ‘Enjoy by’ date that is about six months past when we roasted the nuts. Remember, we roast several times a week and fill the sacks as they are ordered, so they always arrive fresh and crunchy.
Are your nuts salty?
Yes, but not too salty. We use a very fine, star shaped salt that enhances the flavor of the nuts, without needing to use a lot of it. In other words, our nuts are low in salt and high in flavor.
Do you sell unsalted nuts?
No. All of our nuts contain enough salt to enhance the flavor of the nuts without being overbearing.
What are the nuts seasoned with?
All of our Nutsacks are roasted and lightly salted, but a few of them are seasoned. Metro Mix is seasoned with Rosemary & Oregano and our Spicy Mix and Spicy Cashews are seasoned with Cayenne, Chipotle and Smoke Paprika.
Are your nuts vegan?
Yes. All of our nuts are vegan, even the chicken flavored ones. (Kidding, we don’t have chicken flavored nuts. Gross)
Are your nuts gluten free?
Absolutely.
How should I handle my nuts?
Hey, that’s up to you, but we suggest you keep them cool and eat them within six months. Remember to reload your sack when it’s getting empty. No one likes an empty Nutsack.

How big are the Nutsacks?
We know that people’s needs vary, so you can grab a Nutsack in three different sizes: Mini (3oz), Original (6oz), and Loaded (12oz).
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs vary and are calculated at checkout. We ship all orders via USPS Ground Advantage by default. You have the option to select Priority Mail or UPS if you prefer. Both Domestic and International orders get charged the current carrier rates. We don't add additional fees for handling.
When will my order ship?
This is the time we need to roast and fill your order. It has nothing to do with the selected shipping service. We fill most online orders in 2 to 5 business days but it could take longer depending on our roasting schedule/kitchen availability, supply chain, and the number of existing orders we have to fill.
When will my order arrive?
This is the time it takes the carrier to deliver your order, after we drop it off. Domestic Shipping times vary from 1 to 8 days depending on the distance and carrier. You’ll receive a shipping notification email and/or text as soon as we ship your order. The notification will contain a tracking number, so as soon as your sacks hit the road, you’ll know.
