Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. All orders ship USPS Ground Advantage by default. You have the option to select Priority Mail or UPS if you prefer. Both Domestic and International orders get charged the current carrier rates. We don't add additional fees for handling.
This is the time we need to roast and fill your order. It has nothing to do with the selected shipping service. We fill most online orders in 3 to 5 business days but it could take longer depending on our roasting schedule/kitchen availability, supply chain, and the number of existing orders we have to fill.
This is the time it takes the carrier to deliver your order, after we drop it off. Domestic Shipping times vary from 1 to 8 days depending on the distance and carrier. You’ll receive a shipping notification email and/or text as soon as we ship your order. The notification will contain a tracking number.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a shipping carrier marks a package as delivered, and you cannot locate it, you will need to take this issue up with the carrier. If the package was lost by the carrier, you'll need to contact them and make a claim, so please keep your tracking information until you have your package in your hands.
