Galena River Wine & Cheese

Chicagoans for 20 years, but both Iowans by birth, we fell in love with Galena and purchased a vacation home to enjoy small town life on the weekends with our daughter. The more weekends we visited Galena we began to realize that someday we wanted to make the weekend visits permanent. When the opportunity came up to purchase an established wine and cheese shop that had been located on Main Street for 30 years, we jumped on it. I think we will skip the part where we try and convince you that owning a wine and cheese shop in historic downtown Galena is anything but fun. Stop in and see for yourself.
