We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Nutsack experience — both the nuts and the merch.

Because our products are food items, we don’t accept traditional returns. But if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or just not up to your expectations, reach out and we’ll replace it, refund it, or fix the issue however we can.

For non-food items (like merch), returns or exchanges may be subject to a restocking fee if the issue was due to ordering the wrong size or item.

Bottom line: if there’s a problem, we’ve got you covered.
