The double k ranch deli was created with the goal of sourcing a meat shop and restaurant with only local meat. Every cut of beef, pork and lamb has been processed at their facility located on the double k ranch. The kitchens meat is also sourced solely from the meat shop. You will never be served commercial boxed meat, ever. That is their promise.
